Run Club

Our Run Club is unlike any other in the Valley – we provide education and support from Physical Therapists, Registered Dietitians, and Experienced Running Coaches. You will become a part of a supportive community that works together to reach health and fitness goals.  We incorporate our Runner’s Prep Circuit Training into a simple run/walk training regimen that is great for first timers and veteran runners who are looking to improve their time. Run, Walk, Jog, Wog – whatever you can do, we will help you do it better!!
