Joint Care

We strive to help our patients recover from injuries, enable them to fulfill an active lifestyle, and maximize their quality of life through a very holistic practice. Whether a patient is recovering from a specific joint related injury/disorder or a more general condition, we recognize the importance of joint care. Here at Plan Physical Therapy we provide extensive demonstration, education and training with all of our exercises to not only build strength, but to insure the protection of the joints. We emphasize proper form and mechanics (movement patterns), to prevent additional damage. When our physical therapy patients leave, not only do we want them to be recovered, but also to have the knowledge and experience to avert preventable injuries.
